Love the backwards stuff! Number 9, Number 9, Number 9. Great sound produced by the openly textured guitar and drums—loads of separation clearly defining the instruments and leaving room for the voice. Harmonies are dreamy! Great job folks!

Nice intro, great backwardsian manipulation. Very nice vocals and the mood of this is brilliant. Great harmony vocals!
"No taste for the medicine..." Great lyrics in this. I love the descant singing that's starts somewhere around 2:30, and it really gets amazing just before the end, all those high voices in there. This is great.

Ohhh god this is so yummy. The music is just perfect. I am a crazy fan of stuff playing backwards so I was very happy with that. These vocals are so great. This song is so nice. I heard a part about a four leaf clover... definitely some magic here. Awesome job! Great work indeed.

This is excellent! I like the drums, there's something nice about the snare tone. The ride sounds a little dry, but, eh, no big deal.
The guitar is beautiful, very nice chord progression. CEG's vocals are getting better all the time! I especially love the backing vocals at the end. , an excellent collab!

There's a beautiful motion in this track... it's just a tiny bit pop, with a tribal feel in the rhythm... and the mix is wonderful!
I love that the vox are layered like that, and sooooo upfront! That really pushes it over the top for me...
And of course you know I love the subject matter!

Being paired with CEG in a music collaberation contest must be like having Tiger Woods as your golfing partner. It’s a great piece of music and just the sort of thing I would imagine Coz thrives on. Always impressed with your lyrical themes CEGGY as I am with this one. Very strong song indeed.

The song has a great feel. I think the mix alltogher could use some Q. It's a little mid heavy. A little more seperation of the individual tracks and vocals would take this well beyond uh...mediocrity...er that is it could soudn really good. As it is I find the mix a bit distracting. Compositionally I thought it was great. The vocals are right for this piece. I think you two make a good pair, musically. Nice work.

I like the harmony in the music in this piece. The harmony gets into some spaces that are non-western. It creates a good build-up of tension and release. The drums and guitar in the intro (after the FX) do this well.
The vocal harmonies are also nice. Very striking and attention focussing. Again, there are the elements of stress and calm.
Very pleasurable and thought-provoking.

Heh you guys hiding any suggestions in that intro? Cuz I want a hamburger and a pepsi real bad now.
I'm listening to these collabs in random order, and am about halfway done. So far I like this one the most. CEG I can pick your voice out of a lineup no problem. Awesome.

I don't think I caught all the lyrics, but they seemed to be a broadside against the invisible current of mediocrity and to a lesser degree, sloth. Interesting. The vocal harmonies and acoustic guitar worked well together to create a feeling like a fevered reverie. It's dusky and left-of-center enough to prove subtlely addicting.

Interesting vocal melodies over the chords, creating different moods.
