Man, this is dreamy. The guitar riffs are so sweet. And the background vocals are all shivery. Love the way the sun comes out when the drums start, and the way the solo spirals back into the main riff. Jeez. This is just plain wonderful.

Beautiful! I love that haunting guitar work...mellow & sublime. And the vox are dreamy and take my breath away! Lovely job, you two! (I have a feeling you're going to get a lot of emots for this beauty!)

If I've seen (or heard more like) something on this site, it's female vocals and an acoustic guitar. I am getting bored.
I didn't really care much for the first half of the song. It was all nice, but shit I've heard that kinda stuff so many times on this site (yeah, it's kinda bad to say that since those things shouldn't effect the experience, but... yeah)
Since it had Bill Rhynes in it, I waited for a bigass solo and it came. And it was a great solo, I must say. The harmonization and shit was great.
That rock drum beat kinda sounds out of place on those clean guitars and stuff (you know with that open hihat) And overall I didn't like the drums at all. Just one pattern with no changes...
The hihat should have been closed and adding some fills wouldn't hurt either.
Oh and about that first half (the singing and guitars) It was nice, but it was nothing new. Some slow and light drums could have made it better (for me at least, but who the hell ever listens to the asshole critics who don't like their songs? )
This sounds really loosely put together to me. I think it could be better.
Okay, you can start bashing me now for saying something negative.

This is really good. The vocals are clear and beautiful. That guitar tone is brilliant, and the mood it's setting is nice and dark. Love the ambient guitar parts in the back, too.
The vocal harmonies once the bass starts up are giving me chills. I like the trading vocal lines back and forth, too.
this is very nice, guys.

Always a pleasure to hear CEG put her voice on something. When it's something this good from someone who plays that well, all the better.

Wow great sound. The vocals are very nice, lovely to say. Backing vocals made this song very appreciable. Awesome.

The layered vocals are very well done and they sit very nicely in the mix with the other instruments. Sometimes I wish the main guitar was a bit less reverbed and a bit more in the sound-space with the singer. I found the cymbal to be too hot. The lead guitar was definitely high quality shred . But the vocal work is the of this one.

The guitars really set the mood with the dark overtones of the chords. Oooooo---love the timing of the bass entrance and how the voices seem to melt right in to the increasingly thickening texture-----and man---builds to that killer solo!!!! GO Bill!---perfect! Some great singing to both of the CEG’s!-------Then slowly diminishes to remorseful melancholy! Just beautiful!

It's quite a suttle arrangement. Minimalist is some respects but guitar and vocal lines seem to blend in magically. It did need that lift in the middle to break things up a little. I'm not into the really heavy guitar playing but I have to admire Bill's musicianship.

The intro is captivating and when the vocals begin it sounds very sweet. The tune is perfect for your voice. It hits the sweet range in your voice. Very nice.
The instrumentals are awesome. When the lead comes in it has that Van Halen impact in contrast with the mellow pace of the song. The lyrics are well written.
Another fine tune. Among your best. Very impressive.

Nice production.

The vox on the opening verses is almost ghostly... airy, and teasing me into the song... feels great to be tantalized like that...
For that matter, I found myself slipping gently into the entire piece... the percussion helped so well with that... and there's this wonderful sense of ebb and flow.
Of course, the guitar kicks, too!
